Job summary

Salesforce in Dublin is seeking a high-energy Sales Development Representative as part of our Futureforce University Recruiting program. You will identify and qualify new opportunities from inbound leads, learn a clearly defined learning and earning path, and benefit from world-class training to sell business application solutions.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s or Masters degree, fluency in Portuguese and English, 1-2 years in software sales, and a proactive, collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s (or Masters) Degree.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English languages.
• 1-2 years business experience (software sales a plus).
• Team player with ability to thrive in a high-energy sales environment.
• Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.
• Highly motivated and ambitious; strong desire to work in sales.

Responsibilities

• Identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities from inbound leads.
• Achieving monthly quota of qualified opportunities.
• Engaging with customers via telephone and email to analyse their needs.
• Profiling the account and overcoming objections to generate opportunities for Account Executives.
• Collaborating with Marketing and sales on lead quality and conversion.

Skills
