Salesforce in Dublin seeks a driven Sales Development Representative to turn inbound leads into qualified opportunities and to contribute to a fast-paced, high-energy sales team. You will engage with prospects, collaborate with marketing, and drive growth through proactive outreach.

The role offers growth through structured training, relocation support to Ireland if needed, and a dynamic, global team environment with a focus on AI and CRM solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Masters degree required.
• Fluency in Arabic and English languages.
• 1–2 years business experience (software sales a plus).
• Team player in a high energy sales environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Highly motivated and ambitious.
• Strong desire to work in sales.

Responsibilities

• Identify and create new qualified sales opportunities from inbound leads.
• Meet monthly quota of qualified opportunities.
• Engage with customers by phone and email to analyse needs.
• Profile accounts and overcome objections to create opportunities for the Account Executives.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales on lead quality and conversion.
• First point of contact: conduct professional, proactive business dealings.
• Act as trusted multi-channel follow-up resource to uncover and nurture deals.
• Maintain regular contact with leads with monthly targeted materials.
