Based in our Wexford office, Howden Ireland is seeking a Personal Lines Account Executive on a permanent basis to manage policy renewals, advise on suitable products, and grow the client base. Reporting to the Team Leader, you will maintain relationships, handle renewals, and collaborate with other teams to deliver tailored insurance solutions and exceptional service.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in an insurance role.
• APA Personal Lines with proof of CPD up-to-date.
• Excellent technical product knowledge and knowledge of personal lines insurance market.
• Proven track record of managing a portfolio of clients, especially renewals and inquiries.
• Proficient in negotiating terms and conditions for favorable outcomes.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and foster long-term loyalty.
• Oversee the renewal process for personal lines policies, including terms and renewals.
• Evaluate risk profiles and advise on suitable insurance products and coverage options.
• Provide excellent service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Achieve New Business/Renewal targets and contribute to growth.
• Support compliance and office procedures for renewals and new business.
