Job summary

Howden Ireland is seeking a Personal Lines Account Executive to manage policy renewals, optimise client portfolios, and identify new business opportunities while delivering tailored insurance solutions. The role focuses on exceptional client service, accurate risk assessment, and strategic renewal negotiations.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in an insurance role with Personal Lines experience.
• APA Personal Lines or Grandfathered with up-to-date CPD.
• Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance products and market.
• Proven ability to manage client portfolios and renewals.
• Effective negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
• Oversee the renewal process for personal lines policies and negotiate terms.
• Evaluate risk profiles and advise on suitable insurance products.
• Deliver exceptional client service and address inquiries promptly.
• Achieve New Business and Renewal targets.
• Follow Compliance and internal renewal procedures.
• Collaborate with other teams for product development and training.
• Attend client visits with Management as required.
