Howden Ireland in Clondalkin is seeking a Personal Lines Account Executive on a permanent basis to manage policy renewals, grow the client base and provide tailored insurance solutions.

Reporting to the Team Leader and head of existing business, you will build strong relationships, oversee renewals, assess risk, and deliver exceptional service to maximise client retention and growth. A strong knowledge of personal lines is essential.

Qualificações

• 1-3 years’ experience in an insurance role.
• Excellent knowledge of personal lines insurance.
• Proven ability to manage a client portfolio and renewals.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, fostering loyalty.
• Oversee renewals for personal lines policies, review terms and negotiate renewals.
• Assess client risk and advise on suitable insurance products.
• Provide excellent service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues.
• Ensure renewal and new business targets are achieved.
• Support compliance and office procedures, including renewal processes.
• Collaborate with other teams for training, product development and efficiency.
• Attend client visits with management as required.
