Job summary

Howden Ireland is seeking a Personal Lines Account Executive to manage policy renewals, secure new business, and maintain high client satisfaction. You will leverage strong relationship management and negotiation skills to optimise client portfolios and support growth across personal lines.

Reporting to the Team Leader, you will oversee renewals, advise on coverage options, and contribute to achieving renewal and new business targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years in an insurance role.
• AP A Personal Lines or equivalent CPD current.
• Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance products.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and expand the client base.
• Oversee policy renewals and negotiate terms for timely completion.
• Advise clients on suitable insurance products and coverage options.
• Ensure New Business/Renewal targets are achieved.
• Comply with company procedures and market feedback.
