Reporting to the Team Leader, you will handle renewals, advise on coverage, and ensure high client satisfaction while contributing to growth and compliance within the Personal Lines team.

Qualifikationen

• 1-3 years' experience in an insurance role is required.
• APA Personal Lines or Grandfathered with CPD proof is required.
• Excellent technical product knowledge of personal lines insurance.
• Proven track record in managing a portfolio and renewals.

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and drive loyalty.
• Oversee renewal process for personal lines policies with terms review and negotiation.
• Evaluate risk profiles and advise on suitable products and coverage.
