Job summary

Howden Ireland in Clondalkin is seeking a Personal Lines Account Executive on a permanent basis. You will manage policy renewals, retain clients and provide tailored insurance solutions, while identifying new business opportunities to grow the client base.

Strong relationship management and negotiation skills are essential. You will report to the Team Leader and head of existing business, ensuring high service levels and compliance with company procedures.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years' experience in an insurance role.
• APA Personal Lines qualification or grandfathered CPD with up-to-date CPD.
• Strong product knowledge of personal lines and insurer markets.
• Proven ability to manage a client portfolio and renewals.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and drive loyalty.
• Oversee renewal processes for personal lines policies and negotiate renewals.
• Evaluate clients' risk profiles and advise on suitable products and coverage.
• Provide excellent service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Achieve new business and renewal targets and contribute to growth.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and market practices.
• Collaborate with other teams for training, product development and efficiencies.
• Attend client visits with Management as required.
