Qualifications

• Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification, or a relevant third level qualification.
• Willingness to achieve professional insurance qualifications under Central Bank regulations.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Provide guidance and advice on a range of personal insurance products.
• Understand customers' needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Prepare and manage quotes, renewals and policy amendments.
• Liaise with insurers and underwriters to secure the best outcomes for customers.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience across phone, email and other channels.
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Continue developing insurance knowledge and professional qualifications.
