Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a Personal Lines Executive in Ireland to work with customers, understand their insurance needs, and guide them to the right cover and protection. You’ll be supported by experienced leaders from day one and encouraged to grow professionally.

You don't need prior insurance experience; training and development are provided, with opportunities to pursue relevant professional qualifications under regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Provide guidance and advice on a range of personal insurance products.
• Understand customers’ needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Prepare and manage quotes, renewals and policy amendments.
• Liaise with insurers and underwriters to secure the best outcomes for customers.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience across phone, email and other communication channels.
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Continue developing your insurance knowledge and professional qualifications.

Applicants should have:

• A Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification, or a relevant third level qualification

Successful candidates will be supported in achieving the relevant professional insurance qualifications required under Central Bank regulations.
