Qualifications

• Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification.
• Relevant third level qualification is acceptable.
• Willingness to pursue professional insurance qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Provide guidance and advice on a range of personal insurance products.
• Understand customers' needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Prepare and manage quotes, renewals and policy amendments.
• Liaise with insurers and underwriters to secure the best outcomes for customers.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience across phone, email and other communication channels.
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Continue developing your insurance knowledge and professional qualifications.
