Gallagher Ireland is seeking a Personal Lines Account Handler in Wexford. You will support clients with personal insurance needs, convert inquiries into policies, and work in a team focused on clear communication, accuracy and compliance.

You will handle sales calls, assess needs, prepare quotes, and contribute to renewals while maintaining strong client relationships under regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• APA qualification.
• Experience in a similar role is advantageous.
• Experience working towards sales targets with strong customer service.
• Ability to build rapport with clients by phone and in writing.
• Ability to explain cover, pricing and policy details clearly.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to convert leads into policies.
• Assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
• Prepare and present quotes with clear cover details.
• Follow up on enquiries to improve conversion rates.
• Support renewals and re-engagement of clients.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and stay compliant with policies.
