Job summary

PGIM Ireland is seeking a People Services & Solutions Application Management Analyst to support the design, implementation, testing, documentation, and maintenance of integrations across the People Team technology ecosystem. You will partner with HR, Global Technology, third-party vendors, and stakeholders to ensure employee data is accurate, secure, and reliable across systems and reporting.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of HR data experience, including Workday or similar

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 3+ years experience with employee data, HR processes, HR technology concepts, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Gather, clarify, and document business requirements for integrations, data analysis, and reporting.
• Assess impact of system changes on data quality, reporting, and analytics; identify risks and dependencies.
• Support integration delivery activities: requirements, data mapping, validation, testing, UAT, deployment readiness, and validation.
• Validate employee data, reconcile discrepancies, and provide insights to improve operational effectiveness.
• Analyze integration files and recurring data issues to improve data quality and reduce manual effort.
