Global Commissioning is seeking a People Administrator to support both office-based and site-based teams in Buncrana, Ireland. You will manage day-to-day admin, logistics, travel coordination, onboarding new employees, supplier management and compliance administration to keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Procure essential office and site supplies, including PPE, uniforms, stationery, and food provisions.
  • Coordinate deliveries and collections between sites and suppliers.
  • Arrange and coordinate Welcome Day agendas for new starters.
  • Manage day-to-day travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and associated logistics.
  • Organise transportation requirements, including rental vehicles, taxis, and last-minute changes.
  • Maintain office health and safety procedures, including fire safety checks and Display Screen Equipment (DSE) assessments.
  • Act as the first point of contact for the office, handling incoming telephone calls and emails professionally.
  • Maintain accurate, well-organised, and up-to-date digital records.
  • Assist with the planning and coordination of team events and business activities.

Role Overview

The People Administrator plays a key role in supporting both office-based and site-based teams.
