Sensori is seeking an Administrative HR Support professional to assist the HR Department in a fast-paced, people-focused environment in Dublin. The role offers a solid foundation for building a career in HR, with responsibilities spanning document control, GDPR compliance, recruitment support, onboarding, and payroll-related tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update digital files and personal data on the system.
  • Ensure all employee documentation and records are kept up to date and accurate whilst focusing on GDPR and Data Protection requirements.
  • Support the Recruitment process by posting adverts, scheduling interviews, shortlisting candidates, etc.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes by processing new hire paperwork, carrying out reference checks, managing company assets and company inductions.
  • Run hours worked reports on a weekly basis for payment (ACT).
  • Update HR system with absences on a daily basis.
  • Administer all HR-related records and documentation for sick, maternity, parental, annual leave and any other special leave arrangements.
  • Update weekly payroll instructions with new starters/leavers and general payroll changes.
  • Manage probation periods to ensure reviews are conducted correctly and in a timely manner.
  • Compile data for analysis and generate robust reports as required.
  • Provide assistance to the Sensori Apprenticeship program.
  • Serve as a first point of contact for employee enquiries, be it in person or through the maintenance of the shared HR Inbox.
  • Assist with HR and business projects as required.
  • Support managers with note taking in the investigation/disciplinary and grievance process.
  • Other ad hoc administrative activities with the ability to adapt to business requirements as needed.
