Job summary

Executive Edge Citywest in Ireland is seeking an HR Administrator to provide proactive, accurate HR service to our people through administrative processes. This role is office based with flexibility and reports to the HR Director.

You will support recruitment, onboarding, payroll liaison, leave administration, internships, probation reviews, and HR projects. A degree in HR is required; CIPD accreditation is a plus, and you should have discretion, initiative, and strong communication.

Qualifications

  • Degree in HR or a related discipline.
  • CIPD accreditation is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of employment law in Ireland.
  • Discretion and ability to work with confidential information.
  • Committed, proactive, and able to work on own initiative.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly computer literate.
  • Full, clean driving licence.
  • Accurate and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

  • Support the recruitment process (ads, interviews, shortlisting).
  • Onboarding/inductions including contracts and new hire docs.
  • Liaise with payroll on new starters/leavers/leave changes.
  • Support internship programmes within the subsidiary.
  • Ensure timely probation reviews.
  • Superuser of the leave tracking system.
  • Arrange exit interviews and provide feedback to managers.
  • Update records on internal management system.
  • Participate in HR and business projects as required.
  • Administer HR records for various leave types and absences.
  • Support minute-taking in investigations, disciplinary and grievance processes.
  • Assist wellness initiatives and scholarship programme administration.
  • Oversee staff training administration.
  • Perform other ad hoc administrative duties.

Role

HR Administrator / D24 - Office based with flexibility. Our client is a highly prestigious branded company seeking an HR Administrator to join their team. This role is fast-paced, supporting the corporate business. The role is pivotal in providing a proactive, empathetic, professional, discreet and accurate HR service to our people through our administrative processes. Reporting to the HR Director, you will be responsible for the best-in-class delivery of our people operations services to the business. Great HR career opportunity.

Salary: €35K - €38K and benefits. Office based role with flexibility.

The Role
  • Support the recruitment process (posting adverts, scheduling interviews, shortlisting CVs, etc.).
  • Employee onboarding/inductions, including preparing contracts, new hire documentation, communications to management, finance and IT.
  • Liaise with payroll re new starters/leavers/annual leave/contract changes etc.
  • Assist in supporting subsidiary internship programmes.
  • Ensure all probation reviews are completed in a timely manner.
  • Superuser of the leave tracking system.
  • Arrange and conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to line managers.
  • Update records on our internal management system.
  • Participation in HR and business projects as required.
  • Administer all HR-related records and documentation for sick, maternity, parental, annual leave, and any other special leave arrangements.
  • Support managers with minute-taking in the investigation/disciplinary and grievance process.
  • Support and facilitate the organisation of wellness initiatives.
  • Support the administration of our annual scholarship programme.
  • Administration of employee training.
  • Other ad hoc administrative activities.
The Candidate
  • A degree in HR or another business-related discipline.
  • CIPD accreditation is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of employment law in Ireland.
  • Have a high level of discretion.
  • A high level of commitment to delivering a 'can-do' attitude.
  • Work on own initiative and have a flexible approach.
  • The ability to develop strong relationships with business managers and influence positive outcomes and behaviours.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly computer literate.
  • A full, clean driving licence.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
