Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• Clinic experience would be advantageous.
• Experience with KPIs desirable.

Responsibilities

• Diary management: Scheduling appointments and handling queries via phone, messages and emails.
• Patient communication: greeting, check-in/check-out, and 5-star service while managing inboxes and messages.
• Team support: cover for colleagues and potential location shifts with travel/housing expenses where needed.
• Ordering: keep clinic stocked and organized; inform manager of stock needs.
• Policies: follow health and safety PPE guidelines, GDPR, and internal procedures.
• AD-HOC: open/close duties and other reasonable tasks.
