Job summary

Eden Medical clinic in Drogheda seeks a part-time Patient Coordinator to handle admin duties and deliver a friendly atmosphere for patients. The role requires diary management, multi-channel communication, and a commitment to targets.

You will support the team across location coverage when needed, maintain stock, follow PPE and GDPR policies, and assist with opening/closing duties. 3+ years in customer service is preferred; Leaving Certificate or medical admin qualification is an advantage.

Qualifications

• 3+ years customer service experience.
• Clinic experience would be an advantage.
• Experience with KPI's desirable.
• Leaving Certificate / Medical Admin or Dental Nursing qualification an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and manage diary.
• Handle patient queries via phone, email and messages.
• Provide 5-star customer service and assist with check-in/out.
• Cover team absences and occasional travel to other locations.
• Maintain clinic stock and ordering.
• Uphold PPE, GDPR and safety policies.
• Open/close clinic and perform reasonable tasks.
