Job summary

Eden Medical Clinic in Galway is seeking an exceptional Patient Coordinator to handle administrative duties and create a professional, friendly atmosphere for patients at our Galway location. The role requires effective follow-up communications and target-driven performance, with responsibilities across social channels, email, and phone.

You will work 8 hours on Mondays, with a 6-month probationary period, and may be asked to cover at another clinic location.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in customer service.
• Healthcare clinic experience is an advantage.
• Familiarity with KPI tracking desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage diary and appointments for patients.
• Communicate with patients via phone, email, and messages.
• Support clinic team and cover at alternate locations when needed.
• Maintain stock and ensure clean, well stocked reception.
• Adhere to policies including PPE and GDPR.
• Open/close clinic duties as required.
