Job summary

Bon Secours Hospital Cork is seeking a Clerical Officer Grade III to provide essential administrative support across Outpatients areas, including Consultant Rooms, with 35 hours per week on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

The role requires attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to handle confidential information in a busy healthcare environment. You will work across Bon Secours locations as required, with occasional weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• A relevant Business/Administration or IT qualification with proven proficiency in administrative duties.
• Proven clerical/administrative experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office; ECDL desirable.
