Job summary

NHS Scotland is seeking an reception/clerical officer for outpatient administration at Raigmore. You will support clinicians, nursing staff and patients, ensuring accurate use of the patient management system (TrakCare) and delivering confidential, efficient service.

Role requires flexibility to work in a satellite clinic environment, with on-the-job training supplied and a 36-hour week including weekend and evening cover until 20:00.

Responsibilities

• Provide a confidential, efficient outpatient administration service for clinicians, nursing staff and patients.
• Ensure patient management system (TrakCare) is accurately maintained and updated.
• Provide first-line contact for patients attending Outpatient Clinics at Raigmore.
