Qualifications

  • RSA3/SVQ3/NC in Secretarial Studies or equivalent.
  • Proficient IT skills with MS Office.
  • Excellent organisation and time management.
  • Two years secretarial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support including audio/copy typing, word processing, and email management.
  • Collect and collate patient, performance monitoring, and staff governance information and produce statistics.
  • Monitor and maintain waiting list and referral system for the department.
  • Handle incoming/outgoing correspondence and telephone calls, ensuring timely responses.
