Job summary

NHS Scotland is inviting applications for a part-time Clerical Officer based in the Breast Screening Office at Raigmore Hospital, Inverness. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workload and exercise initiative.

Experience with data input and a sound understanding of computer systems is essential, with SBSP training provided.

• Typing or word processing qualifications are acknowledged; training will be provided for SBSP (Scottish Breast Screening Programme).

• Provide clerical support in the Breast Screening Office.
• Input data accurately and maintain records.
• Answer and manage phone enquiries from the public with a courteous manner.
• General administrative duties as required.
