Job summary

NHS Scotland is seeking a part-time Clerical Officer to join the Breast Screening Office at Raigmore Hospital, Inverness. The successful candidate will have strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workload and work flexibly.

Typing/word processing qualifications and a sound understanding of computer systems are essential, with SBSP data input training provided. Good telephone manners and experience dealing with the public are important.

An opportunity has arisen for a part time Clerical Officer to work in the Breast Screening Office at Raigmore Hospital, Inverness.

We are looking for a self motivated person with excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills, an ability to prioritise workload and exercise initiative and able to be flexible.

Acknowledged typing or word processing qualifications and a sound understanding of computer systems is essential. Experience with data input would be advantageous though training will be provided for SBSP (Scottish Breast Screening Programme).

A good telephone manner and experience with the public is essential. A high level of concentration and accuracy is required.
