Job summary

Notion is seeking a Business Development Rep in Dublin, Ireland to front our workflow-first GTM motion. You’ll qualify target accounts and partner with Solutions Consultants to turn conversations into ready-to-build opportunities.

You’ll run multi-channel outbound campaigns, verify ICP fit, and hand off clean, well-documented accounts in Salesforce, helping sellers land the right conversations and close high-potential deals.

Qualifications

• Proven outbound pipeline generation experience across channels.
• Strong written and verbal communication with account-level messaging.
• Sharp ICP qualification instincts and urgency assessment.
• Passion for AI/ML and willingness to adopt AI tools.
• High-activity mindset with data-driven prioritization.
• Fluency in Dutch and ability to engage European accounts.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified, workflow-first pipeline by identifying high-potential accounts.
• Run multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn) to secure first meetings.
• Conduct initial qualification to ensure meetings are ready to build and hand off.
• Document clean handoff packets in Salesforce with ICP signals and pain points.
• Leverage GTM tooling and intent data to sharpen targeting and outbound quality.
