Notion is rebuilding its go-to-market motion with a workflow-first, builder-led model. As a Business Development Rep, you will be at the front of this shift, turning target accounts into conversations and partnering with Solutions Consultants to identify teams ready to rethink how they work.

You will generate qualified pipeline in Dublin, working with the team on Anchor Days in the office and using outbound to drive meetings with decision-makers.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in outbound pipeline generation across multiple channels.
• Strong written and verbal communication that earns responses.
• Sharp instincts to qualify ICP and urgency quickly.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified, workflow-first pipeline by identifying high-potential accounts.
• Run multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn, events) to secure first meetings.
• Qualify meetings to ensure ICP fit and readiness before handoff to sellers.
• Deliver clean handoff packets in Salesforce with ICP signals, pain points, and stakeholders.
• Leverage GTM tooling to sharpen targeting and improve outbound quality.
