Ticketmaster UK/IRE - Enterprise Support in Dublin is seeking a Junior Field IT Support professional to install and maintain hardware and software at client sites, both onsite and remotely. You will support printers, handheld devices, POS systems and network gear, ensuring devices are up to date and functioning.

Qualifications

• Willingness or interest in Microsoft and mobile device applications.
• Interest in learning wired and wireless networking technologies.
• Eagerness to grow within a junior support role.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills; fluent English required.

Responsibilities

• Install and support Ticketmaster software and hardware including printers and handheld devices.
• Install and update software/firmware to keep devices current.
• Configure and test wireless access points, switches and related networking gear.
• Diagnose issues remotely or on-site and raise incidents in the system.
• Provide on-site end user training and demonstrations of Ticketmaster products.
• Maintain technical and operational documentation and liaise with clients before installations.
• Coordinate with third-party providers and contractors when needed.
