Responsibilities

• Install and support Ticketmaster software and hardware such as printers, handheld devices, and POS.
• Install software/firmware updates to keep devices current.
• Install and support network devices including WLAN access points and switches.
• Upgrade hardware/software as required and test configurations.
• Diagnose and remediate issues remotely or onsite.
• Raise incidents and update incident management systems.
• Track assets and update asset management software.
• Provide proactive maintenance to minimise incidents.
• Coordinate with clients before attendance and installations.
• Collaborate with third-party providers and contractors.
• Provide on-site end-user training and product demonstrations.
• Maintain technical and operational documentation.
