Job summary

Ticketmaster, part of Live Nation Entertainment, is seeking a Junior Field IT Support in Dublin, onsite. You will install and support Ticketmaster software and hardware, including POS devices and handhelds, while maintaining network equipment and assisting clients at live events.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn Microsoft and mobile device applications.
• Interest in wired and wireless networking technologies and their practical applications.

Responsibilities

• Install and support Ticketmaster software and hardware, including printers and handheld devices.
• Configure and test network devices such as access points and switches; keep firmware up to date.
• Diagnose issues remotely or on-site and raise incidents in the management system.
• Provide on-site end-user training and maintain technical documentation.
