The Event Service Specialist will be the on-site point of contact at a major tech campus, ensuring flawless event execution and coordinating with internal teams and service partners. Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Fluent in English.
• On-site role with campus deployment.
• Knowledge of basic and fundamental standards of event management and operations.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
• Experience working cross-functionally with various levels of stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Be primary on-site contact for events.
• Coordinate and execute event logistics.
• Support event managers in planning large-scale events.
• Provide administrative support and keep planning tools up-to-date.
• Compile post-event reports and data.
• Assist Guest Services with check-in, wayfinding, swag organisation and event details.
