Job summary

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the visitor experience to ensure a positive, memorable encounter.
• Delivery of core front of house services such as sign-in, badging, luggage, lost and found and deliveries.
• Receive and relay telephone, email and other queries via front of house.
• Greet and direct candidates, visitors and the general public appropriately.
• Maintain high standards of presentation and functionality across front of house and meeting areas.
