Responsibilities

• Coordinate all event details and staffing.
• Be on-site for setup and teardown, ensuring quality experience.
• Manage check-in and guest welcome; troubleshoot issues on-site.
• Escalate to Events Team as needed and communicate updates.
• Pack supplies and arrange shipping of materials after events.
• Collaborate with partners, hosts, venues, and staff to align roles.
• Travel to various local regions as required.
