Comer Group Ireland, based in Dublin, is seeking a Property Co-ordinator to join our Residential Property team in North Dublin. You will be the first point of contact for tenant and business queries and play a key role in daily financial checks and property administration.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently within a team. Proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook is essential, with at least one year in a similar role.

Qualifications

• Understanding of Property Management regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to handle queries from tenants and stakeholders.
• Experience with Excel and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Be first point of contact for tenant and business queries.
• Reconciling bank records and posting to internal systems.
• Maintain unit availability and tenant prospects records.
• Enter new tenants with lease dates and rent payments.
• Coordinate with tenants, landlords, contractors and providers.
• Update property schedules for monthly reports.
• Ensure policy compliance and conduct adherence.
