PE Global Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced and organised Property Co‑Ordinator to join a busy office‑based team in Ballymount, Dublin 22. This is a permanent position and would suit someone with strong property administration experience who thrives in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
The Role
The Property Co‑Ordinator will be responsible for managing accommodation and travel‑related arrangements for employees and senior stakeholders, ensuring all bookings, records, and reports are handled efficiently and accurately in line with business and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accommodation requests in a timely manner in line with project schedules
- Arrange hotel reservations and longer‑term accommodation as required
- Coordinate with landlords and estate agents and prepare accommodation itineraries
- Liaise with travel agencies and service providers for bookings, amendments, and cancellations
- Maintain accurate accommodation logs, records, and spreadsheets
- Review and reconcile landlord and agency invoices on a weekly basis
- Prepare monthly accommodation reports for the payroll team
- Manage multiple requests simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy
Requirements
- Strong written and spoken English
- Previous experience in an administrative, coordination, or support role within a fast‑paced environment
- Experience in travel or accommodation coordination is advantageous but not essential
- Highly organised with strong time management and prioritisation skills
- Proactive, self‑motivated, and solutions‑focused
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong IT skills, particularly MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with booking systems or bulk booking platforms is beneficial
- Awareness of international travel considerations, regulations, and currencies is an advantage
- Qualification in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business, or a related discipline is desirable but not essential
