Job summary

Savills Ireland seeks a proactive Property/Resident Services role to support our PRS team in Dublin. You will handle resident communications, arrears processes, maintenance coordination, rent reviews and RTB registration, contributing to excellent tenant service within a leading international firm.

You will work with a dedicated team to ensure data accuracy, timely responses and high-quality output. A positive, professional approach and strong organisational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Lettings/tenant management experience is desirable, not required.
• Ability to learn and implement a new computer system.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Team player with a customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Support Property Managers and keep lettings and rental data up to date.
• Arrears management and rent review coordination.
• Organise and coordinate maintenance requests.
• Liaise with residents in a professional manner.
• Provide high level customer service to residents and applicants.
• Carry out property inspections as needed.
• Respond to enquiries within service levels.
• Contribute to ad-hoc projects from Management.
