You will interact with residents daily, solve problems, support residents, and help deliver events to foster a vibrant community.

Working with the General Manager, the role focuses on exceptional service, resident satisfaction, amenity space operations, and on-site team support within a managed PRS scheme.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent relationship management skills and a focus on customer service.
• Experience in Front of House or Concierge roles is desirable.
• Strong problem solving and resident support abilities.
