Job summary

Avril Clare Recruitment Ltd Irelands Property Recruitment Specialists is seeking an experienced Concierge for a luxury residential development at Sir John Rogerson’s Quay, Dublin. The role involves greeting residents and guests, building relationships and delivering personalised service in a high-end setting.

Salary is €55,000 per annum with a five-day week and flexibility across seven days to cover resident events, including occasional late evenings.

Qualifications

• Experience in Hospitality or PRS sector.
• Experience in Concierge/Front of House/Hotel/Luxury Residential/Guest Services.
• Minimum 2 years in high-quality hospitality or residential environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong local knowledge of Dublin.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive approach and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents, guests and visitors warmly and professionally.
• Build lasting relationships with residents and exceed their expectations.
• Recommend Dublin dining, attractions, transport and services.
• Coordinate resident events and community initiatives.
• Support leasing administration and apartment inspections where required.
• Maintain reception, lounges, and amenity spaces to a high standard.
• Handle resident inquiries via phone, email and in person.
• Manage parcel deliveries and inventory of supplies.
