Furnished Quarters is seeking a Guest Experience Specialist to join The Murphy in Dublin, Ireland. This on-site role focuses on welcoming guests, ensuring seamless arrivals and departures, and delivering exceptional hospitality throughout their stay.

You will handle concierge requests, coordinate check-ins/outs, and work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and service partners to uphold high standards. The position involves rotating day and evening shifts in a dynamic hotel environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hospitality, guest relations, front office, or similar guest-facing experience.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work rotating day and evening shifts.
• On-site role based in Dublin, Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly at the Welcome Desk and provide a professional presence.
• Coordinate guest check-ins and check-outs accurately.
• Answer guest questions and provide local recommendations throughout the stay.
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver personalized service.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and other partners to maintain standards.
• Maintain documentation and handovers for shifts and communicate operational updates.
• Use hotel management systems and productivity tools to support daily operations.
