Greystar Dublin is seeking a frontline night operations associate to support a 24/7 resident experience. You will deliver exceptional customer service, assist with reception and safety, and ensure smooth nightly handovers to the day team.

Formación

• Solid general education with basic numeracy and literacy.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Experience in accommodation, hospitality, leisure, or reservations environments.
• Self-starter with ability to work autonomously and in a team.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Provide reception, administration and outstanding customer service.
• Manage guest procedures and out-of-hours check-in/out.
• Respond to booking inquiries and handover for occupancy.
• Support social events and resident engagement.
• Deliver clear handovers between day and night teams.
• Handle customer complaints promptly and escalate as needed.
• Maintain common areas and report faults.
• Maintain safety and security, incident logs and compliance.
• Report safety and compliance issues and maintain logs.
