Job summary

Greystar is a global real estate platform hiring for a night/concierge role in Ireland to ensure a seamless 24/7 resident experience. The base salary starts at €34,600 depending on experience, with eligibility for on-site bonus programs.

The successful candidate will provide reception, administration and exceptional customer service, while supporting safety, guest procedures, and ongoing communication between day and night teams to optimise occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or property/amenity reception is preferred.
• Ability to manage guest procedures and out-of-hours check-in/out.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide reception, administration and exceptional customer service.
• Support safety procedures and key management, including lockouts.
• Handle booking inquiries and facilitate handovers for next-day occupancy.
• Coordinate social events and activities to engage residents.
• Maintain common areas to high standards and report maintenance issues.
