Job summary

Cornerstone Development in Stillorgan, Co Dublin is seeking an experienced On-Site Concierge to manage the resident experience at a high-end development with about 232 apartments. You will interact with residents daily, solve problems, support residents, and help deliver events to foster a vibrant community.

Working with the General Manager, the role focuses on exceptional service, resident satisfaction, amenity space operations, and on-site team support within a managed PRS scheme.

Qualifications

• Excellent relationship management skills and a focus on customer service.
• Experience in Front of House or Concierge roles is desirable.
• Strong problem solving and resident support abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day to day resident interaction and support.
• Coordinate and deliver events and develop a resident community.
• Assist with operation of amenity space and on-site team tasks.
• Work with General Manager to enhance resident satisfaction and the PRS program.

Job description

We are looking to recruit an On-Site Concierge The Cornerstone Development in Stillorgan, Co Dublin .This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Front of House / Concierge to oversee the resident experience and service at a high-end development consisting of approx. 232 apartments.

The concierge will be self-motivated, have excellent relationship management skills and above all display impeccable customer service management. Their key role will involve day to day resident interaction, problem solving, resident support and assistance, events co-ordination and delivery and developing a resident community where people come together and are happy in their homes.

In conjunction with the General Manager the overall focus is to operate and deliver an exceptional managed PRS scheme by focusing on resident satisfaction, community, operation of the amenity space, events co-ordination and on-site team assistance and support.
