This is a varied and dynamic role that offers the opportunity to work across multiple areas of the business, including administration, customer service, scheduling, and HR support. We are seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in their attention to detail, and enjoys providing outstanding support to both customers and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Assist customers with order updates, delivery schedules, and after-sales support.
- Ensure all customer interactions reflect our premium brand values.
Scheduling & Coordination
- Manage and coordinate delivery and installation schedules.
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Organise appointments, meetings, and team calendars.
Human Resources Support
- Assist with employee onboarding and induction processes.
- Maintain personnel records and HR documentation.
- Support recruitment activities, including interview scheduling and candidate communications.
- Coordinate training records and employee compliance documentation.
General Administration
- Manage office correspondence, filing, and document control.
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and administrative paperwork.
- Maintain company systems and databases with accuracy.
- Support management with reporting and ad hoc projects.
- Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
About You
The ideal candidate will be:
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.

- Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Requirements
- Previous experience in an administration, office management, or customer service role.
- Experience supporting HR functions is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to take ownership of tasks.
