Job summary

Salesforce Dublin is seeking a proven BDR Manager to lead a high-performing team focused on the Public Sector for our Northern European operations. You will drive strategy, recruit and coach talent, and ensure monthly forecasts and pipeline targets are met.

You will collaborate with marketing, sales and enablement teams to craft regional plans, develop new logos, and deliver executive briefings to stakeholders and customers in a multicultural, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large BDR teams or inside sales groups.
• Proven track record of meeting/quota attainment in a sales role.
• Strong coaching, mentoring and team development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of the BDR team, including performance management, recruitment and training.
• Generate and own monthly territory forecasts and revenue predictions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Enablement and other sales teams to execute regional plans.
• Develop strategies for new geographies, products and market segments and drive execution.
• Create and deliver executive presentations for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Prioritize and drive acquisition of new logos.
