Job summary

F5 is seeking an experienced BDR Manager to lead and scale a regional BDR team across Southern and Central Eastern Europe. The role combines coaching, hiring, and performance management within a hybrid lead model that balances inbound and outbound prospecting.

You will partner with Marketing, Sales Leadership, and Operations to optimize cadences, ABM execution, and KPI performance, driving sustainable pipeline generation in a dynamic SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct people management in BDR/SDR teams within B2B SaaS or tech.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline targets.
• Experience managing both inbound and outbound sales motion.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale a BDR team covering Southern & Central Eastern Europe in a hybrid model.
• Coach 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development for all team members.
• Align inbound marketing SLAs and outbound cadences with regional sales goals.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Directors, and Operations on ABM and cadence strategies.
• Track KPIs like pipeline generation, conversion rates, and time-to-lead.
