Job summary

Salesforce in Dublin is seeking a Business Development Representative to generate new business and whitespace pipeline for Public Sector and .ORG accounts. You will prospect outbound, handle inbound leads, nurture early stage opportunities, and partner with core sellers to win net-new logos in an evolving, fast-paced environment.

English fluency plus an additional language and a valid Ireland work visa are required; a degree or equivalent experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, sales, or related field.
• Experience with public sector, non-profits, or education sectors is a plus.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and collaborate across orgs.
• Experience researching, account planning, prospecting, and cold calling into new accounts.
• Proven track record of meeting sales metrics and quotas.
• Degree or equivalent relevant experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business pipeline through outbound prospecting for Public Sector and .ORG accounts.
• Manage inbound leads and nurture early-stage opportunities.
• Identify key decision makers and navigate procurement processes in public/non-profit sectors.
• Collaborate with core sellers to source new pipeline and research org structures.
