Job summary

F5 is seeking an experienced BDR Manager to lead and scale our BDR team across Southern & Central Eastern Europe. You will oversee inbound lead qualification and strategic outbound prospecting in a hybrid model, partnering with Marketing and Sales to build a strong pipeline and maximize conversion.

Key responsibilities include coaching, onboarding, and performance coaching, while partnering with Marketing and Sales Leadership to drive SLA adherence and campaign success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct BDR/SDR team management in B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding pipeline targets.
• Experience with inbound/outbound lead management.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and Sales Engagement platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a BDR team covering EMEA regions in a hybrid lead model.
• Align Marketing and Sales to optimize inbound lead conversion and outbound pipeline.
• Develop structured outbound cadences and multi-channel outreach strategies.
• Track KPIs, manage tech stack, and continuously improve messaging and qualification frameworks.
