Job summary

F5 Networks, Inc. is seeking an experienced BDR Manager to lead, coach, and scale our BDR team covering Southern & Central Eastern Europe in a hybrid lead model.

You will bridge Marketing and Regional Sales, optimize inbound SLA execution, and design outbound account strategies with multi-channel cadences. The role requires 2+ years of direct BDR/SDR leadership, a proven pipeline track record, and strong collaboration across Marketing, Enablement, and Sales Operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct management of a BDR/SDR team in a B2B SaaS/tech enterprise environment.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline targets.
• Experience with hybrid inbound/outbound lead strategies and multi-channel cadences.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and scale the BDR team across Southern & Central Eastern Europe in a hybrid lead model.
• Collaborate with Marketing to optimize inbound lead qualification, SLA adherence, and campaign follow-ups.
• Partner with Sales Leadership and Account Managers to design outbound pipeline strategies and ABM initiatives.
