Job summary

Sandman Hotel Group operates the Portmarnock Resort & Golf Links and is seeking a Night Manager to oversee all hotel operations during overnight hours. The role focuses on Front Office operations, night audit, and ensuring guest safety and security while maintaining high service standards.

You will lead the Night Team, collaborate with the Front Office Manager, manage cash handling, invoicing and reports, and drive guest satisfaction across all night-time activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel operations and night management.
• Knowledge of front desk processes, safety and security protocols.
• Ability to supervise a night team and coordinate with other departments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all hotel operations during overnight shift to ensure smooth running.
• Lead the night team, assist Front Office Manager with budgeting, planning and payroll.
• Handle guest inquiries, wake-up calls, taxis and newspaper services.
• Ensure safety, security, and compliance with health and safety procedures.
