• Manage Night Audit processes and ensure all reports are completed.
• Coordinate with front office and other departments to resolve issues.
• Ensure security, safety walks, and compliance with hotel policies.
• Maintain high standards at the front desk during night hours.
• Answer switchboard professionally and assist in guest needs.
