Job summary

The Address Sligo is seeking a meticulous Night Audit/Front of House professional to manage overnight guest needs, security checks and comprehensive night-time audits. You will ensure smooth check-ins/outs, handle guest inquiries, deliver late-room service, and maintain public areas and lounges to a high standard.

Responsibilities include completing precise night reports, coordinating handovers with day staff, and supporting bar and lounge operations after hours.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time in full clean uniform with name badge and professional appearance
• Receive handover from Daily Porters, Receptionists on duty, and Manager on duty
• Complete docket checks and inform the Duty Manager of discrepancies
• Carry out security and fire checks at regular intervals (e.g., 12am, 2am, 4am, 6am) and log irregularities
• Efficiently check-in/out guests during hours of duty and manage luggage flow
• Deal with guest queries/needs quickly and effectively
• Deliver Lounge/Room Service orders after 11pm to agreed standards; keep kitchen areas clean
• Prepare breakfast cards during floor checks and deliver Room Service
• Ensure early breakfasts are delivered on time and to standard
• Cover Bar Service after bar staff leave with accurate cash and stock procedures
• Carry out night cleaning per schedule; clean public areas and maintain Premier Lounge
• Refresh and prepare meeting rooms; ensure bathrooms and front areas are tidy
• Set up meeting rooms and verify equipment; check faxes and messages promptly
• Compile a full night-shift events report and handover issues to Duty Manager/Reception/Porter
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management
